In this case, probably not. I’ve heard rumblings from various media sources lately that a great majority of cell phone manufacturers are going to begin producing phones that accept a universal charger. I’ll let you recover from your disbelief. Continue Reading

To the surprise of many, the one and only Steve Wozniak will show off his twinkle toes in an attempt to join the ranks of Brooke Burke, Helio Castroneves and Drew Lachey as ABC’s Dancing with the Stars champion. Amid chuckles of the potential “disaster on the dance floor”, many of us wonder how many of the regular soccer mom viewers will have any clue who this “Woz character” is.
I must say, this is potentially a brilliant move by ABC in order to boost viewer ratings for at least a few weeks. Tell me what geek won’t watch the show to see one of their own. I know I’ll be watching.

So there’s been tons of buzz lately about a new, snaller version of the most popular phone on the market, the Apple iPhone. Rumors flew earlier in the year that this product would be released before Christmas, but with 2 days until Santa slids down the chimney, the only way of that happening will be a Christmas Miricle.

iPhone Nano & iPhone Shuffle
The fuel to this fire seems to come from XSKN who produces high-end covers for iPods, iPhones, and many other devices. Before many Apple launches, they have “broken” the story and put up renderings of new products before anyone knew. Some beleived this was just a publicity stunt, but they’ve been right before. If you check out their website you will plainly see they have iPhone Nano labeled as a category. Whether they are just hoping to get into the game early or if they have a good source, we won’t know for awhile.
This also makes us here at Go Go Gadget Boy wonder if the less loud rumors of an iPhone Shuffle may also come to fruition? If this was 2 years ago, I think there’d be a good chance, where tiny phones were IT. Now people are realizing that small phones are ridiculously hard to text on and not much fun to find.
